What changes in Ordeal
Ordeal lets players configure additional conditions for eligible Expeditions. The Chapter 1 showcase names time limits, resurrection limits, boss buffs and dungeon debuffs as modifier categories. The Korean guide places Ordeal access and its reward shop in the Expedition interface.
Add one pressure at a time
Begin with a dungeon the group already clears reliably. Change one condition first so everyone can identify what caused a failure. Combining several unfamiliar penalties can make it difficult to tell which adjustment would help.

Confirm the full setup before starting
Have the leader read the selected conditions aloud or paste a concise summary into party chat. Check that everyone agrees to the challenge and understands whether the session is practice or a reward run.
Keep a record of the chosen conditions, result and first failure. A successful setup with one party may need a different plan with another group.
Choose a useful stopping point
If one modifier consistently causes the same early failure, reduce it and practice the relevant response. Progress means learning a repeatable solution, not repeatedly paying for a challenge the group cannot yet evaluate. Review the current reward currency and shop before choosing a long-term goal.
