Find the requirement that blocks your next step
Progression is easier to plan when you name the next activity you want to complete. Open its entry screen and identify the actual missing condition rather than trying to raise every number at once.
Character level, item requirements, skill choices and additional growth systems solve different problems. More progress in one does not prove that every other requirement is met.
| Current obstacle | Useful next check |
|---|---|
| Story or level requirement | Follow the listed prerequisite or available quest route |
| Equipment requirement | Inspect eligible equipment improvements and replacement sources |
| Repeated deaths | Review movement, mechanics and available defensive tools |
| Unclear build | Choose an assignment and test one skill change at a time |
| Missing growth material | Read the material’s source and the relevant reward screen |
| No eligible reward claims | Review energy, completed rewards and current activity limits |
Leveling: a practical route
Editorial advice for the opening progression:
- Follow the game’s current main objectives and tutorials to learn the systems they introduce.
- Equip appropriate rewards and read newly unlocked skills before increasing difficulty.
- When access is blocked, inspect the named prerequisite rather than guessing from an older guide.
- Set a small next goal, such as unlocking an activity or improving one troublesome part of combat.
- Review new-player rewards for eligibility and expiry before deciding how they fit your route.
What the regional level-cap update confirms
The July 2026 Chapter 1 report raised the regional level cap to 50 and added progression in Eltnen and Morheim. These facts describe that service’s update history.
For global play, use the displayed level limit and current content requirements. Do not plan an entire leveling route around a regional cap or assume that regional catch-up packages are available.
Daevanion: connect a material to a goal
NC’s April 2026 regional update links Hall of Illusion rewards to Yustiel Daevanion, a growth system described as improving Attack and Defense. This establishes a particular regional material-to-system connection, not a complete global unlock tree.
If the system is available to you, inspect its current requirements and effects. Identify the improvement you want, its material source and the cost of reaching it before farming. Avoid spending just because a material is rare.
Choose what to do next
Plan a session around one main objective and one optional activity. For example, practice an encounter until avoidable deaths decrease, then spend eligible reward claims on content that supports the equipment or growth system you need.
Reassess after reaching the goal. Progression advice should change when the obstacle changes; it should not become an endless checklist of every activity mentioned in a guide.
