Taiwan Expedition: rewards, entry and Ordeal

Five-player party rules, reward checks before leaving, the ten-minute reconnect condition and Ordeal’s four-trait difficulty settings.

Official Taiwan Expedition guide read October 9, 2026. Applies to Taiwan; no Global or Korean parity, specific drop probability or server reset hour is inferred.

Entry and party setup

The guide permits up to five players and cross-faction groups. Clear Exploration to unlock Conquest; Conquest has Normal and Hard options. Recruitment can allow direct joining or require leader approval.

The selected dungeon panel displays character level, item level, minimum participants and reward counts. Read each condition: being below the five-player maximum does not establish that the minimum requirement is met.

Claim before leaving

After the final boss, Odyle Energy pays for reward claims. Insufficient energy requires replenishment before claiming. Expedition and Transcendence also require the specified contribution eligibility.

Leaving a cleared Expedition or Transcendence without claiming deducts from an allowance shared by characters on the same server. It resets weekly; reaching zero blocks entry to these modes. A filled guaranteed-reward meter must also be claimed before re-entry.

  • Check contribution eligibility and the displayed energy cost.
  • Read the selected reward category and its probabilities.
  • Claim any completed guaranteed reward.
  • Check the result and remaining allowance before leaving.

Ordeal settings and weekly rewards

Taiwan Ordeal has four traits, each set from level 1 to 4. Their sum determines the final difficulty, from 4 to 16. Rewards use the dedicated currency 克服標誌, spent in the Expedition exchange shop.

The guide allows each difficulty’s reward once per week and says it resets on Wednesday. It does not establish the reset hour. Check which difficulty rewards remain before selecting another run.

An abnormal disconnect has a conditional return window

For Expedition, Transcendence and Sanctuary, reconnect within ten minutes to the same party or force instance room to avoid an additional count deduction. The same-room condition matters; creating another group is not covered by this rule.

Read currency and probability tables carefully

The guide distinguishes a reward category’s chance of being awarded from the individual item probabilities inside that category. Its example percentages illustrate the interface; they are not universal drop rates.

Kina reward rates can fall after repeated reward claims in specified modes. Inspect your current count and selected difficulty before planning a currency run. Later entries in the guide’s currency table use abbreviated labels, so they are not treated here as evidence that a dungeon awards ordinary, tradable Kina.
