The September 30 global launch FAQ separates interface/subtitle support from voice audio. A language appearing in one column does not imply it appears in both.

Change the in-game language
Open Settings using the gear icon at the top right, select the language tab and choose a supported language. If text in a guide does not match your client, compare the mode or item icon and its description before acting.
When sharing a bug or asking for help, include the language you use. A translated label can refer to the same system even when the wording differs.
Choose the right support channel
Use NC customer support for account access, purchases and problems involving private account information. The official Discord offers community discussion and a bug-reports channel referenced by the launch FAQ.
The wiki cannot restore characters, issue refunds or investigate an account. Follow the publisher’s own instructions for sensitive evidence; never post passwords, recovery codes or full payment details in a public bug report.
Include these details in a useful report
- Region, faction, server and affected character name.
- Steam or PURPLE, and the approximate time with your timezone.
- The exact error text, what you expected, and what happened instead.
- Short steps that reproduce the problem, plus a screenshot with private information hidden.
- For performance problems: Windows version, CPU, GPU, memory and the game settings used.
- For purchases: use the private support form for receipt details and transaction identifiers.
