Log in first, then claim the mail before it expires
The notice lists the last login as December 1 at 23:30 PST / December 2 at 09:30 CET, and mail expiry as December 8 at 23:30 PST / December 9 at 09:30 CET. Those paired time-zone labels differ by one hour, so this guide does not convert them into a single confirmed deadline. Log in and collect the mail ahead of the stated maintenance dates, and recheck the notice for a correction.

Founder’s Pack cosmetics: announced, not yet implemented
NC plans to make eligible Founder’s Pack cosmetics usable by every character on the purchasing account across all servers. The October 3 announcement says implementation will follow the end of Advanced Access and may take several days; the delivery method and final timing will be published separately.
The change covers the pack’s title and eligible skins, plus the Ultimate pack’s Black Dragon pet and Blazing Sun wings. The 30-day membership, Daeva’s Campaign Supply Chest, Daeva’s Styling Chest and their contents remain one-time rewards under their current rules. Do not treat the announcement as live sharing or a reset of those claims.

Start with the right service and account
A reward’s region, account and claim deadline matter as much as the item itself. Read the current notice before linking accounts, choosing a reward character or opening a one-time container.
For Twitch Drops, connect Twitch to the account you actually play with: Steam for Steam play, or NC for PURPLE. NC’s October 2 warning says that separately linking an account on the NC website to troubleshoot missing Drops can disrupt your existing connection and character access. Use the official support FAQ if that has happened.

Prepare an eligible community submission
Include your region, server and character name as required by the event notice. Read the event channel’s instructions before posting, and keep a copy of what you submit.
Before publishing a screenshot, check that it shows the requested subject and does not expose private conversations. Submit your own work, use the correct event channel and verify the current deadline. An event entry is separate from simply taking a screenshot in game.
Japan-facing launch-mount promotion
NC Japan’s English global site lists two free mounts delivered through in-game mail, once per region. It requires an AION 2 account created by December 2, 2026 at 15:30 JST, with rewards claimed by December 9 at 15:30 JST.
Both deadlines correspond to 06:30 UTC and 07:30 CET on their respective dates. The source is a Japan-facing promotion; check your service’s announcement before assuming identical eligibility elsewhere.

Before claiming a limited reward
Confirm which account and character will receive the item. Read binding, expiry and any once-per-account or once-per-region rule on the reward screen. Leave inventory room and inspect your in-game mail.
If a reward is missing, check the event’s delivery schedule and official help first. Repeatedly changing linked accounts is not a safe way to force delivery.
