Start with the activity menu
The original solo lineup included Nightmare, Seal Dungeon, Garrison and Awakening Battle. Later regional updates also discuss Ascension Trial. Similar English labels in older guides may reflect different translations or a different update.
Choose a currently available activity and read its entry panel. Write down one objective for the session: learn a boss cue, reach the next stage or earn a specific material.
Prepare a self-sufficient setup
In solo play you have no teammate to cover a missed response. Read the tools available in your selected loadout, including damage, movement and any recovery or defensive options.
- Learn the reach and timing of your most-used attacks.
- Keep one simple damage sequence you can execute while watching the encounter.
- Place defensive actions where you can use them immediately.
- Keep the target, floor and your own resource bars visible.
Separate practice from reward collection
Practice sessions should answer a question: which cue precedes the hit, when can you safely attack, or why does the target become unreachable? Change one decision and see whether it helps.
For a reward session, compare the current reward with what your character needs. Choose a clear you can complete reliably before committing to a harder stage that may consume the whole session.
Use a short review loop
After a failed attempt, state the first mistake in one sentence. Retry with one change. After a success, repeat once when practical to check that the response is understood rather than accidental.
Bring those observations into group play: a player who can describe the warning they missed gives the party something useful to solve.
