When a community tool does not match your game

Why can a character be missing or incomplete?

Shugo.GG’s FAQ names region selection, spelling, recently created or renamed characters and API availability as possible lookup issues. It also says skill specializations are not exposed through the character API. A missing field on that site does not prove that the character has not unlocked it.

First confirm the exact character and region in the game. Then compare the tool’s status and the public profile. Keep the time of the lookup with your report so a later refresh can be distinguished from the original result.

Does a leaderboard tell me which class to choose?

A ranking needs a defined population and metric. Shugo.GG’s Combat Power list includes characters whose profiles have been opened there. It is useful for inspecting a displayed setup; it cannot establish the class distribution of every active player or the damage your own party will produce.

Check mode-specific evidence too. Shugo.GG’s reviewed class-ranking page uses early Global PvE information while retaining Korea/Taiwan evidence for PvP and solo farming. Compare role and available tools before applying a placement to your own character.

Why does a timer show a different hour?

Check four details together: the event, the service, the server and the displayed time zone. A local-time countdown and a server-time schedule can describe the same moment. Distinguish the time entry opens from the time an event finishes.

The reviewed Shugo.GG schedule identifies its Global event times as unconfirmed by NC. If the game disagrees, record the visible in-game timing and the tool’s selected settings. Report the mismatch to the tool operator; a countdown alone is insufficient evidence for a game bug.

Why can I find an item or quest online but not in my client?

Start with the record’s service and snapshot date, then compare faction, item or quest ID, and the current objective. Translated names may differ. Aion2.app’s inspected quest record, for example, still identifies a September 18 snapshot.

For a recipe, check the actual acquisition screen. Record output quantity, ingredients, currency fees, binding and any prerequisite. A database can group exchange entries under a crafting category; its label does not prove that your profession can make the item. Treat unavailable fields as unknown rather than zero.

Send a report someone can reproduce

Use the community site’s own contact route for a wrong marker, calculation or missing field. Use official game support for account access, purchases or a problem that also occurs in the game. Keep receipts and account identifiers in the publisher’s private support channel.
