A break from dungeon combat
Shugo Festival is the global game’s mini-game collection. The official examples include defending Shugos, racing pets and dodging lasers. Advertised reward categories include wings, skins, pets and décor.
Use the event’s displayed objective to decide how to play. A survival activity, a race and a defense challenge reward different decisions, so your usual combat routine may not be the right approach.
Approach each activity by its objective
These are practical starting points for learning the advertised activity types, not a claim that every rotation uses identical scoring or controls.
| Activity example | First thing to read | Learning priority |
|---|---|---|
| Protecting Shugos | The object or character to defend and the loss condition. | Track threats to the objective before chasing a personal score. |
| Pet racing | The start procedure, course and available controls. | Learn a clean route before trying aggressive shortcuts. |
| Avoiding lasers | The survival rule and visible warnings. | Keep the camera clear and move deliberately. |
Before entering
Open the activity details and check whether you can stay for the entire round. Clear enough inventory space and read any temporary controls before the start.
- Confirm the activity is available on your service.
- Check entry eligibility, any attempt limit and the displayed timer.
- Read whether rewards depend on participation, completion or placement.
- Keep important instructions visible and avoid covering the play area with other windows.
Pick rewards before repeating rounds
Preview the available rewards and decide which one you want. Compare its requirement with what you actually earned in a completed round before planning a long grind.
If an activity awards a token or uses an exchange shop in your client, read that item’s expiry and the shop’s closing date. Claim eligible rewards before leaving, and check which character receives a bound or limited item. No fixed daily timetable or token amount is established by the global overview.
Festival versus launch promotions
The Shugo Festival is an in-game activity family. Launch coupons, Twitch Drops and community screenshot competitions have separate eligibility and deadlines. Use the rewards guide for those promotions.
